So if the CIA and all US assets are out in full force treating this like an attack and trying to catch the responsible parties. Maybe it’s better not to yell out to the world that it was a terrorist attack. Why show our hands? Why not find out as much info as possible and make it seem like nothing will be done, then drop the hammer in a covert way. The purpose of a terrorist attack is publicity. That would be before a disaster, this already happened. No reason to give them the publicity they want if it doesn’t look like it will help in any way. Everyone knows what this is, why make a giant deal about it being terrorism and give the terrorists a huge publicity victory. It’s almost always poor strategy to give your opponent what they want.
