Big key here is that is approval index is -7. That is the lowest to date. See what Gallup has later today

Obama is within weeks of a total collapse below 40. Things are looking up.

46 minus 53 equals -7.

THAT would seem to be the significant news from today's results.

I don’t think his total approve numbers have ever been seven points apart. Woo hoo!

If Rasmussen would stop his PC question of “somewhat approve”... a question never before asked until the kenyan stole his office... his true approval rating would sink him and his gooberment overnight.

I suspect the cover up he is attempting right now over the Ft. Hood shootings will take him there.

There are so mnay things converging on him that he is at the same point in time where Hitler was when he retreated to his concrete bunker.

Let’s see:

-the dollar collapse
-unemployment at 500,000 a month as far as the eye can see
-no consumer confidence
-no business confidence
-doesn’t know how to support his troops
-has lost control of the economy
-real unemployment 22%

If you want to see his blueprint check out this link on Stalin:

As these Kool Aid drinkers are loaded on boxcars being built by Pelosi and Reid, their approval will be changing. As they hand them their wooden soap or poison pills, they will finally see the light of their own doom!

The “stronglies” are more likely to actually vote (and contribute, and beat the pavemant) than the “somewhats,” so that consistent -10 is an improtant fact.

DITTO. This is the number I monitor. The other strongly approve vs strongly against number only measures which side is motivated. If O overall approval drops to 40 percent, most experts will tell you that any politician hits that level, the chances of poll recovery back to 50 or more is extremely rare. Last several months O approval vs disapproval was evenly divided (49 vs 50) but recent numbers show that his approval is below 49 and approval is above 50.

Ditto. I thought after the Sat midnight vote by the RAT led House stripping us of almost all of our liberties would have sent it plunging, but no. I watch this poll regularly and it sure bounces around a lot for no apparent reason. Maybe it is just the error in the sampling?

+++++++++++++++++

The lowest since 8/31 to 9/2. 9/1 had bammy at 45 - 53 - the lowest on record at Rasmussen, and the other dates equaled this low. Good to see him staging to fall more!!

The -7 is an election number, but just like with the strongly approve/disapprove which low was -14 on 8/23, while the overall was at 48 - 51, it’s a bit hard to tell how much of the disapproval are leftists that think he’s not hard enough left.

That said, NJ and VA saw massive defections of older voters and indies/centrists...that bodes very well for 2010.

Someone (was it Rassie?) did a poll showing Obama would have lost 42 - 46 (would you vote for Pres. Obama did the poll go?) a week ago Tuesday.

All good trends - and we’re all gasping for survival...electoral rescue can’t come soon enough!

Go Tea Partiers! Let’s roll!
