Of course not...but a better model, in terms of the religious fanaticism of the enemy would be the Japanese. We did exercise enough caution to send the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, and other Japanese American units to Italy, not the pacific, and send them with mostly non Nipponese officers. Of course, they did well. They did very well indeed.
Trouble is, all of today's hot wars are against Muslims, albeit with Muslim allies. I guess they could hold the line in Korea, but the South Koreans might blanch at the notion of all Muslim units deployed to their country.
Every day should be “jump on an apologist for islam day”!
The world would be a far better place. Think of it as a mitzvah or charity.
During the Civil War, the Union would allow Confederate prisoners to swear a loyalty oath in exchange for release. They would then equip them as Union soldiers, but rather than putting them into battle against former comrades, they sent repatriated Confederates westward to fight Indians.
Muzzie wants to be a soldier? Send him to S. Korea to hassle the “infidel” Buddhists.
Makes sense to me.
I’m with you, Candor. Tonight is the first time I’ve really been able to eat a regular meal (if anyone wants to call brown rice and spinach a regular meal). I think I’ve even lost a couple pounds (good start).
I have felt physically sick ever since this happened, and the more the apologist running dog for Islam crap I read, the sicker I got.
And hey - Patton believed in reincarnation, maybe he’s around somewhere, in uniform...
Gnashing his teeth.
and I heard today that he wasn't counseling returning soldiers (and thus being presented with their horrific stories so that he could ‘catch’ their PTS) but rather that he was counseling (and haranguing) the soldiers who were preparing to be deployed. Now, THAT’s depressing! Imagine the poor soldiers having to listen to THIS guy's ranting and proselytizing!
I’ll second that.....
How the heck does Lew Alcindor/Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s name become involved?

This guy a Laker fan?
For those without Flash (slides 43, 49 & 50): |
Last night on Fox, an officer who was in this training class described the more senior student officers present as being very concerned about this briefing. It was NOT perceived as an "informational" public health briefing, rather an attestment about Islam and what it meant to Major Hasan. Academic-freedom aside, many of the other comments by Hasan throughout the course also threw up Red Flags to classmates. And yet, because of the tolerant, Politically-Correct corporate culture the military is forced to swallow, reportedly NO ONE alerted officials up the food chain about Hasan. |
ahem who was making a timeline of hasan?
It’s time to get rid of political correctness, as I KNOW we all agree that lives were lost as a result. Where do we start? Who is in the majority? The people who support it, the people who don’t support it, or the lawyers who file lawsuits over it?
A return to common sense would be a good start.
"We love death more than you love life!"
Nothing to see here. Move along...
The media and educational system have corrupted that part of some people’s DNA. Some people aren’t even born with it.
I have heard so many stories, from small ones to big ones..., where guys think twice before opening a door for a woman, to a manager requiring an extra female in his office before he interviews other females for fear of a false claim of sexual harrassment. It’s out of control.
BTTT
Candor, it isn't the odd fanatic who shoots military personnel because he thinks he's working for allah that's the problem, we are only aware of this repeated phenomenon (and there have been several) because there's blood on the floor. The issue is the creeping islaminization of all the major instititions, education, science and communication etc...and the numerous 'churches' like Trinity where african-american converts are taught black liberation theology and 'hate whitey' - those who allow this, these are the enablers, the cowards who think they will better survive by handing over what the muslims want, the individual LIBERTY of the American citizen.
It's been a creeping disease, this cowardice, this hatred of the white man, this hatred of the 'people of the book' for a very long time; the black convert is taught to hate jews, support the 'palestinians' and hate Israel -spurred on by the marxists, who believe they are using islam to pry away our freedoms.
But islam is USING THEM!
The black converts are only useful to islam as cannon fodder. They will be sent into the streets to riot and THEY will be shot and locked up. They do not understand that, their white-hatred, stirred up by leeches like Jeremiah Wright, blinds them.
The marxists, just like in Iran, if they succeed in creating the chaos they seek, will ultimately find themselves in security prisons on trumped up charges, sentenced to death - because they are a threat to islam.
If it comes to that, I know who I want to see marched off first. People like Bauer, Anita Dunn, Rahm Emmanuel, Axelrod. Islam will deal with them as they deserve. They are nothing but useful idiots for islam. Once their usefulness is past, their days are over. They are too subversive, too clever to leave alive.
I hope it never comes to that. But islam has made such inroads into every facet of life in the US...and it's been going on for decades. I want to remind you of something not many people are aware of. That 'hero' of the greater number of african-americans, Malcolm X, a convert to the Suni sect, said this;
-----------------quoted by:
George Hartley, Associate Professor of English Ohio University
[The following is the script of a talk I gave at the Perspectives on African Decolinization Conference at Ohio University on Thursday, October 2, 2008five weeks before the election of Barack Obama.]
"On December 20, 1964 at the Audubon Ballroom in Harlem, Malcolm X declared, Oginga Odinga [the Vice President of recently-liberated Kenya] is not passive. He's not meek. He's not humble. He's not nonviolent. But he's free.
"This fact was part of a larger object lesson that Malcolm X had for Black Americans:
"Jomo Kenyatta, Oginga Odinga, and the Mau Mau will go down as the greatest African patriots and freedom fighters that that continent ever knew, and they will be given credit for bringing about the independence of many of the existing independent states on that continent right now. There was a time when their image was negative, but today they're looked upon with respect and their chief is the president and their next chief is the vice president.
"I have to take time to mention that because, in my opinion, not only in Mississippi and Alabama, but right here in New York City, you and I can best learn how to get real freedom by studying how Kenyatta brought it to his people in Kenya, and how Odinga helped him, and the excellent job that was done by the Mau Mau freedom fighters. In fact, that's what we need in Mississippi. In Mississippi we need a Mau Mau. In Alabama we need a Mau Mau. In Georgia we need a Mau Mau. Right here in Harlem, in New York City, we need a Mau Mau.
"I say it with no anger; I say it with very careful forethought. (106)
