BBC interview by Gavin Lee with a member of the Killeen, Texas mosque outside Ft Hood, the Islamic Community Center of Greater Killeen, where Malik Nidal Hasan was currently attending. In the interview, http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00nrvhp#p0051bjj mosque member "Duane" not only refuses to condemn Hasan, but justifies their murder because "they were troops who were going to Afghanistan and Iraq to kill Muslims".
Duane : "I'm not going to condemn him for what he did. I don't know why he did it. I will not, absolutely not, condemn him for what he had done though. If he had done it for selfish reasons I still will not condemn him. He's my brother in the end. I will never condemn him."
Gavin Lee : There might be a lot of people shocked to hear you say that.
Duane: "Well, that's the way it is. I don't speak for the community here but me personally I will not condemn him."
Gavin Lee : What are your thoughts towards those that were victims in this?
Duane : "They were, in the end, they were troops who were going to Afghanistan and Iraq to kill Muslims. I honestly have no pity for them. It's just like the majority of the people that will hear this, after five or six minutes they'll be shocked, after that they'll forget about them and go on their day."
Over at Biased BBC they wonder whether this is the same Duane Reasoner quoted today by the New York Times:
Duane Reasoner Jr., an 18-year-old substitute teacher whose parents worked at Fort Hood, said Major Hassan was told he would be sent to Afghanistan on Nov. 28, and he did not like it.
He said he should quit the Army, Mr. Reasoner said. In the Koran, youre not supposed to have alliances with Jews or Christian or others, and if you are killed in the military fighting against Muslims, you will go to hell.
Reasoner was also interviewed by Stars & Stripes:
Just last week, Hasan expressed views that Muslims shouldn't serve in the military and fight other Muslims, according to Duane Reasoner Jr., a recent Muslim convert who had been having dinner regularly with Hasan.
Hasan had taken 18-year-old Reasoner under his wing, mentoring him in his new faith. After evening prayers he would often buy a fish dinner for Reasoner and sometimes the iman at the Golden Corral, a chain buffet restaurant. Besides mentioning that he prayed for a wife, the conversation almost never strayed from religion, Reasoner said, describing Hasan as warm and caring.
Looks like Hasan has left some disciples to continue his work at Ft Hood.
Let me guess that “Duane” is a black muzzie. Just guessing here.
Stay safe, Duane Reasoner Jr.
This proves to me beyond shadow of doubt that muslims should not be allowed into the US military.
Our media has decided to go with “compassion fatigue”
A love crime
He loved them so much he killed them to keep them from going to war.
It is the most insulting thing I ever heard of. Don’t put it past Obama to make it official either.
Actually, he sounds like a “middle white American” in the audio. Jawa Report has the audio.
Hmm, there is a famous quote from General Yamamoto that “Duane” should read about.
I hope he continues to believe that, because it's as far from the truth as it can be. No way will I, or many fellow Americans, simply 'forget about them and go on [my] way'. Muzzie, We will remember them, and we will remember you. You're in MY country; not yours. And I hope you continue to discount my resolve. Aw, heck, I don't care if you even take it seriously. You have no idea what's coming...
Bogus. There is no such thing. Even "teacher's aide" would be unheard-of at that age.
Why do we allow these people into our country? I say send them all back. Their “religion” is not a religion, but a cult of hate and violence.

Yeah, well Duane, he was warm and caring alright...still going to be dining at the Golden Corral? Don’t choke on anything...
Third pic down. You are correct, sir.
“In the Koran, youre not supposed to have alliances with Jews or Christian or others, and if you are killed in the military fighting against Muslims, you will go to hell.”
And when Shiite kills Sunni, then what Duane? They both go to hell? I bet he never talks about that.
If this is true - then Muslims should not serve in our military.
If this is not true - then evidently the "Imams" are not doing a good job in educating their muslims.
They'd best hurry. Muslims are killing other Muslims there much more quickly than our ROE let us do it. If you're over there and you want to die just be a member of a sect that's at odds with another sect.
What BS. Nobody kills as many Muslims as other Muslims. We're pikers in comparison.
I have no respect for any of them. Some of them are killers and the rest seem perfectly willing to let them do it and refuse to speak out against it.
Seal their borders and let them fight it out among themselves. We've already lost too many good American soldier, sailors, marines, etc. to be over there if they think they can do better without us.
Just guessing? Or, prescient?

On the right.
Check response #13 and see photo for yourself. You will remember that the thug sergeant who threw the hand grenade into the tent in Saudi was also a black muslin soldier. THEIR president is a black muzzie, well 1/2 black muzzie, more a caramel colored muzzie, but still one in the same.
We tried to keep gays out but were unsuccessful. What are the odds with Muslims since religion is enshrined in our founding documents?
I’d guess the name, and pretty much every potentially identifying piece of information is bogus.
The only thing I don’t doubt was what was said.
and islam wonders why they have a reputation problem.
This chump is stereotyping a brother muslim and stating emphatically and implicitly that Jihad Nidal is blameless and above natural law.
That a muslim taking the life of another human being is just.
And why should it matter? Anyone not belonging to the muslim cult is beneath a muslim and not having par, then no pity will be forthcoming to anyone killed by a muslim cult worshiper.
Why should the rest of respect islam again?
That's not the pic of an 18 year old........
Maybe he teaches at a madrassa. I mean there, all you have to do is be able to memorize the Koran and parrot it back. Sounds like this kid is good at parroting.
“Third pic down. That’s not the pic of an 18 year old........”
Yeah...I would say it was a typo and got passed through the wire services...doubt they got the name wrong...
cult, faith, sect, religion... Can’t we all just get along? /s
Reasoner needs to be... taken care of.
Hey Duane? Feeling like a showdown? Give me a call!
That was my thought, too, unless madrassas have different rules...
“This proves to me beyond shadow of doubt that muslims should not be allowed into the US military.”
or the country.
Hey Duane, I’d love 5 minutes with you you son of a bitch. Get the hell out of my country you SOB. But But, according to the media, Islam is a peace and loving religion. BASTARDS. They kill our citizens on 9/11, we were supposed to give them hugs and say “Its ok, we don’t hate you” now they do it again and the media wants us all to kiss their asses..screw them!
I’ve posted this in my FB page. I know a lot of teachers in Killeen. Seems like people should know who he is and what he believes.
Unfortunately, he is correct for the most part.
Please read this book by Walid Shoebat, former Palestinian Terrorist, and read it. This is important!
.
Figures.
You’re right, at least in public schools. Private schools could have different rules.
He could possibly have a job as a teacher’s aide.
It is Profile Time, Baby.
You’ll have to take that up with Stars ‘N Stripes. Or maybe the FBI.
“Our media has decided to go with compassion fatigue
Most obscene thing I’ve ever heard. Shooting 53 people, one a pregnant mom, shows absolutely no compassion.
As for these followers of Islam, I don’t trust them at all.
Whether it's Hasan who is praying for a wife or Reasoner, and this typically illiterate reporter couldn't make that clear, it would take a miracle for either of them to find a willing woman in this country. Real American women shoot down dogs like Hasan, they don't knowingly marry evil losers. As for Reasoner, a Texas girl might spare a moment to spit on him, as he richly deserves, but that's about all the attention he's going to get in this country after endorsing mass murder.
That too, but the military is a good place to start and get the ball rolling.
The odds will improve once we have leaders who see that Islam is not a religion.
I think we need to round up this little muzzie homie. And axe him some questions.
Excellent quote to live by. Appreciate your post.
Milk Dud Muzzie?
He looks like a hairy Reasoner.
The British press: reporting the news the American media is afraid or unwilling to report.
The rest of the World must think we’re a bunch of nuts. We refuse to face the reason why this guy went on his killing spree, even though it’s staring us in the face.
How many thousands are there like him out there?
We have quite a few mosques here these days, yaknow.
“...muslims should not be allowed into the US military.”
.
If they cannot serve in the US military because we distrust them, they should not be allowed into the country at all. Our Armed Forces are an integral part of our society.
It is not possible to separate our military from the rest of the country and we will be a more cohesive nation without the presence of muslims. National survival of America with Islam in its midst is highly doubtful and co-existence with it has never been a reality.
The answer is staring the country in its face.
