El Salvadoran leaders of the MS-13 gang allegedly put out a contract on the federal agent responsible for a crackdown on its New York factions, the Daily News has learned.
The brazen plot to assassinate the unidentified Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was revealed in an arrest warrant for reputed gang member Walter (Duke) Torres.
Torres tipped authorities to the plan after he and four other MS-13 members were stopped by NYPD detectives for hassling passersby on Northern Blvd. in Queens last month.
He told cops he had information to pass on, and was debriefed Oct. 22 at Rikers Island, where he was being held on a warrant issued in Virginia, according to court papers.
Torres said "the order for the murder came from gang leadership in El Salvador," ICE agent Sean Sweeney wrote in an affidavit for a new warrant charging Torres with conspiracy.
Torres, who belonged to an MS-13 "clique" in Virginia, said he was put in charge, and traveled to New York in August "for the specific purpose of participating in the planning and execution of the murder plot," Sweeney wrote.
Gang members were trying to get their hands on a high-powered assault rifle, like an M-16. to penetrate the agent's bulletproof vest. Another MS-13 informant told authorities the agent was marked for death because the gang was "exceedingly angry" at him for arresting many members in the past three years, the affidavit states. The murder was supposed to be carried out by the Flushing clique, according to the informant.
Federal prosecutors have indicted numerous MS-13 gang members on racketeering, murder and drug trafficking charges. The targeted agent was the lead investigator on many of the cases.
Brooklyn Magistrate Judge Roanne Mann ordered Torres held without bail Friday. His public defender did not return a message seeking comment. Torres immigrated to the U.S. in 2001 from El Salvador and is a legal resident.
The feds have identified various neighborhoods in Queens and Long Island as hotbeds of MS-13 criminal activity - including Jamaica, Flushing, Far Rockaway, Hempstead, Roosevelt, Brentwood and Islip.

It is worth noting that the Salvadoran “Death Squads” came about partially as a way of dealing with MS-13.
These are the kind of guys I’d love to see become someone’s “woman” in prison.
Torture penalties should be brought back. If Saudi Arabia can do it, so can we.
I heard a couple of weeks ago that they are finding wanted pictures for Coast Guard members who were training for drug intercept missions as well.
Sounds like the MS-13 leaders have yet another contract to for the snitch unit to execute. Poor Walter.
Maybe the FBI will collectively grow a set and exterminate this vermin.

That sounds like an urban legend.
Last I read MS-13 had about armed 20,000 members. In some quarters 20,000 men with guns are referred to as a “division”.
It would be good if some of our leaders gave a little credence to the facts of Roman history. Around 200 AD an otherwise good emperor named Septimius Severus pulled all of the troops out of the border forts along the Rhine and and Danube rivers and sent them off to fight a war in what is now Iraq. Barbarian tribes crossed the rivers and invaded the empire. They rampaged across the countryside for several decades. It's is not. I have a friend in the Coast Guard who is a DEA liaison officer. He got his the day he finished the DEA academy and he has it framed and hanging in his den next to all of his other citations from the DEA and Coast Guard. It's a badge of honor for him.

The FMLN was the armed wing of the communist movement in El Salvador, while the Sandinistas are the communist movement in Nicaragua. The Cuban Council of Churches is controlled by the Castro regime.

TIME FOR SOME FAST LEAD ELIMINATION OF SOME mMS13 MEMBERS!
Watched a new Netflix rental tonight called "Food, Inc." It gives a whole different side of that picture and places appropriate guilt upon the government and food processors (like Tyson, Smithfield Farms, and more). Over and over they arrest a few workers, but never conduct massive raids nor penalize the owners or management (or both) of these companies that habitually use illegal aliens as slave labor.
Do you recollect they put Ramos and Compeon in general population in prison where at least one of them was severely beaten before they put in in solitary confinement. They KNEW he was a border patrol agent, but did it anyway. When the government goes out of its way to protect a drug runner, they do it to make sure no other border patrol agent makes the same mistake of "doing his job."
The nation is upside down and inside out right now. Homeland Security refers to people who attend tea parties as terrorists. Nancy Pelosi calls us nazis. Homeland Security is going after Sheriff Joe Arpaio for enforcing immigration law. It's surreal and democrats have been taking protection of those breaking our laws into a whole new realm where those protecting our borders and us are now under investigation (Sheriff Joe) and illegals have more rights and benefits than citizens.
Thank you. I planned to watch that video, but never did find time to do it. IMHO there is some connection between the banking industry and drug cartel money as well. In the Ramos and Compeon case, the drug runner was given extra special care and attention while the border patrol agents were painted as the bad guys. Our court system (all the way to the White House) was protective of the drug runner and adamant not to pardon or reduce sentencing for the border patrol agents who were doing their jobs. There are still other border patrol agents in prison for doing the same protection of our borders. It has evidentally been going on for years before the Ramos and Compeon case. There is massive corruption (as Mexico was involved in that case as well).
