Duly noted..and don't forget Newt.
And actually, Pawlenty endorsed. Do you think he has his finger to the wind?
Hoffman has some darn good backers...Thompson, Sarah, Santoram.
I pray he wins..what a “kick in the pants” boost it would be

The GOP will try (again) to stick Romney in the faces of it’s members as the GOP rep for the presidency. Only RINOS could stand that d-bag.

I gotta say I love listening to Fred Thompson’s radio show. He’s funny, humble, down-to-earth, and has some good insights on how Congress really works. I’d much rather listen to Fred than Rush, Sean or any of the other talkers.

Huck, Newt, Romney, all gutless establishment Republicans.
Newt and Romney especially don’t know what a conservative is.
Turncoats. They follow the money. That’s where their loyalties are.

Romney has been working Virginia. I’m not sure who has appeared in NY so maybe you all can fill me in who is appearing where and for whom.

Remember NY-23!
Huckabee, Romney and Newt all outed themselves as fake or cowardly conservatives. They are all disqualified.

Fred Thompson bragged that McCain/Feingold should be called, McCain/Feingold/Thompson. He chaired McCain’s 2000 campaign. Ann Coulter did a column about how McFred was barely conservative enough to get by in his safe TN seat. Promote him at your peril.

Huckabee made it clear that he agreed with Hoffman and publicly refused to endorse the RINO candidate. But he’d already been contracted through his speakers’ agency to do a paid gig hosting a local Conservative Party awards dinner. If he’d endorsed their candidate after that, Hoffman’s opponents would have portrayed Hoffman as buying his endorsement, not only smearing Huckabee but causing an unnecessary distraction for the Hoffman campaign. This had happened once before, so he knew it would happen again. He preferred that the partisan and the uninformed attack him rather than Hoffman. But don’t bother doing any research before attacking people’s motives and character.

Romney is a coward.
No child or woman is immune from Team Romney.
Team Romney is continuing backstabbing Gov. Palin even NOW!!!!
And The Most Irresponsible Journalist Award Goes to The Politicos Jonathan Martin!
So tell me, how do you write a news story about an organization paying for a speaker when you dont even know if the organization is paying for the speaker?
Ask journalist Jonathan Martin. He knows all about it.
You see, Jonny wrote a piss poor story the other day about how the Iowa Family Policy Center will be paying a large speaker fee if Sarah Palin comes to Iowa to keynote the IFPCs fall funderaiser.
The only problem is that Jonny has no sources confirming that any exorbitant fee is being charged or paid.
Jonny also got some inside info from David Kochel, who was a top aide to former (and future) presidential candidate, Mitt Romney.
Hey Dave, didnt I just read a story about how Mitt Romney tried to buy off the Iowa Christian Alliance?
I heard you helped facilitate that little scheme. And somehow you are shocked at the thought of a well-known political figure (who very likely isnt running for president) getting paid a speakers fee for (gasp) a public speaking appearance? ..
and then weve got Tim Albrecht quoted. He was the Iowa spokesman for Romneys 2008 caucus campaign.
And it always seemed like, whenever the Romney people had rumors they wanted to start about other candidates,
Jonny was their go-to guy to get those rumors in writing in front of a national audience.
SSDD
The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++8 to 10 pts. in some polls, days prior to the election.
So rather than helping the GOP, poor loser I am Myth Romney and
TeamROMNEY decided
to attack Gov. Palin (and her defenseless children) to throw Election2008.
"Frum was indeed a critic of Palin, calling her nomination a "huge mistake" during an October 13 (2008, weeks before the election) Early Show appearance."
David Frum: "Two of our most plausible candidates for president in 2012 are leading Mormons: Mitt Romney and Utah governor Jon Huntsman."
David Frum: "I have a lot of regard for Mitt Romney as a man and politician
I will support him without qualm."
Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."
The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"Im told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palins people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romneys former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.
Erick Erickson, who organized Operation Leper, said:
"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off
.hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."
"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the Diva leak was Nicolle Wallaces husband."
Who benefits most from Sanford meltdown? Californian (that's right) Mitt Romney
"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"
"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"
"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"
"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"
"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

Huckabee Explains Position on NY-23 Race
In an interview today, Huckabee made it clear that he does not support Dede Scozzafava because of her lack of support for human life rights and support for the stimulus.
He said he is not endorsing Hoffman because of his paid speaking engagement last week with the Conservative Party. It appears that Huckabee wants to avoid a conflict of interest so that this doesnt look like a pay for endorsement move.
Seems lame to me.

We need politicians who have no FEAR of the playground. I think Thompson and Palin would rather lose elections than principles. Huckabee and Romney would rather win elections.
