On his three hour web radio show on October 23, 2009 Reverend James Manning called out Fox news for their decision to support the notion Obama was born in Hawaii; likewise on a October 7, 2009 youtube posting he also called out Fox News.

Basically he is calling out Fox news for not standing up to Obama on the birth issue. Fascinating stuff.

I take him with a grain of salt. Last year he claimed Obama would never win the presidency over “the old white guy” because God would never allow a man in the presidency who would attack Christmas.
The only sense I can make out of all of this . . . given Obama’s fight to keep his records (especially his BC) secret is . . .people are afraid of the fallout if he’s a fake
Nothing else makes sense. This is an issue begging to be investigated and reported on.
Yeah I know. When I first found him in the spring of 2008 he was trying to pass around the Larry Sinclair story. But I do think he has some point on Birth certificate story which I know is a divisive subject even between us Conservatives.
The dike is starting to show some cracks.
He ruins his credibility as a pastor though when he says dumb things like that. Scripturally it’s very clear that Satan still owns the kingdoms of this world (2 Cor. 4:4). So almost anyone who would make a top office in the world today would be Satan’s handiman, not Jesus Christ’s (unless there was a rare hand of God involved like when He saved Ronald Reagan). Obama fits the same mold of 2 Cor. 4:4. He serves the “god of this world” and it sure ain’t Jesus!
This is diversion from the real issues that need attention.
Push Obama to send the needed troops to Afghanistan.
The enemy will not quit and needs to be defeated.
Better to fight them there than waite for another 9/11
Keep up the fight agaist his agendas in congress,
and the list goes on.
Where ever Obama was born, the issue will not be resolved.
Court issues take years, I know I am ret. from the legal field.
For some who keep this issue up, sitting home or voting third party election day, you helped facilitate his victory.

I always liked this preacher ! He’s 100% right about FOX looking the other way, but they CANNOT address the BC issue
due to a mandated media black-out !
They will lose their jobs....well, actually, if they even mentioned the BC or eligibility issue as a valid concern (like Lou Dobbs did innocently did and was reprimanded), it wouldn’t even make it past editing !
It would be deleted from the footage IMMEDIATELY!

the birth cert could be put to rest ! They’re ALL ‘sell-outs’ to one degree or another....but my take is that if Hannity or Beck even embarked on a BC show, it would NEVER even be considered as a possibility for airing because BO (as Pastor Manning has said in the past) has supernatural power behind him !

I see a lot of people expounding and arguing about motives and aftermath. As far as I am concerned, these issues are just distractions designed to run out the clock and take peoples focus off of the core issue. The bottom line issue is this: Barak Obama claims that he was born in a hospital in Hawaii. If this is true, then the long form birth certificate will have the name of the doctor and the attending nurse. Barak has stated in one of his books that he has a copy of his birth certificate, so presumably he knows what is on it. He has repeatedly stated that he was born IN A HOSPITAL in Hawaii. If the long form BC does not bear this out, then he has been lying to us.
I should note at this point, that under the laws of the State of Hawaii at the time, one was able to become a legal, legitimate U.S./Hawaiian citizen based solely on an affidavit submitted (even mailed in) by a relative. Obama may or may not have been born in Kenya, he may or may not have been born is a hut in Hawaii, but either way, if his maternal Grandmother (now dead), certified that he was born in Hawaii, then he is legal and legit (unless you can PROVE, which you cannot, that he was born somewhere else). But again, this is not the issue. The issue is: he has stated that he was born IN A HOSPITAL IN HAWAII. If this is the case, then the doctor's signature will be on the long form. If this is not the case, then the long form will reference some attached affidavit. He will still be legal, but he will have spent millions of dollars to cover up the baldfaced lie that he has been telling the American people. THAT is the issue here. The long form BC either WILL or WILL NOT have the doctors signature on it. I wish people would keep their focus on this. As I said before, he could have been born on Mars, but as long as they have the affidavit on file from now-dead granny saying he was born in Hawaii, then he's legal. We can't count on the courts (except to be spineless). The battle field is in the arena of public opinion. The only question before the court of public opinion is: Has Barak Obama spent over a million dollars to cover up the fact that he has knowingly been lying to the American public?
The supporters of the President breath easily now. Who knows what might crop up next? Please release the long form in the interest of the public, one can only plead. Disagree or agree with the Reverend Manning, I think that behind it all, is his absolute optimism about the human race.
This is a good man.
IMHO the ONLY question is (besides your question) is whether there is a judge in our nation who would stand for the letter of the law, exemplifying justice as our forefathers elaborated in The Constitution (despite any attempt by any one or any group of people to cease and desist doing same - including the president himself) concerning verification of legality of Obama to serve as president of this nation.
In a nutshell brother, in a nutshell. It's just so unbelievable to me that Obama has managed to cow not only the entire media, but the judiciary as well. It's just unbelievable. I think that everyone knows that there are only two reasons for Barak to be hiding his long form BC. Either he is playing rope-a-dope with his enemies, or he's is hiding something damaging. I don't really think it's rope-a-dope, and I doubt that anyone else really does either. That only leave a shirt-load of people who are invested in his fraud. And doesn't frighten you down to your core?

Why only Fox? There’s more reason to go after the state run media daily with this request. His mindset to just go after Fox is just like Barry’s. Something not right w/Manning.
Fox is clearly willing to let Glen Beck expose the Marxists and Maoists, for which it deserves credit. Beck talks about some of the founders, but not about John Jay, Washington, John Marshall, citing the importance and meaning of natural born citizen. Chief Justice Marshall was a Minuteman, and represented Virginia at the ratifying committee for the Constitution. He defined, as clearly as any of the dozens who use the term, natural born citizen in his concurring decision in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, on p 289: “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”
The terms “Natives” and “Indigenes” were those used in the French edition of The Law of Nations by Swiss jurist/philosopher Emer de Vattel. The translation, used in subsequent court cases is “natural born citizen.” An indigenous citizen or native citizen is born of citizens, on the soil of a nation. No other definition has been created by our judicial system, though Congress, briefly, in 1790, made a law asserting that children of diplomats born abroad were natural born. A law cannot preempt the Constitution and the act was replaced in 1795.
There is no doubt that we are living under an illegitimate government. Every bill Obama signs, every appointment, every treaty, is illegitimate. With trillions of dollars at stake a return to adherence to the Constitution is not an option for those heavily invested, not just in hope and change, but in pay-to-play. Do they now control our military? Do they control our police? They do control our intelligence agencies, and have shown willingness to challenge them through corrupt senators and congressmen. Prepare for the likelihood that things will get much worse, and then hope that they realize they are outnumbered.
