A settlement has been reached in the "Flying Imams" federal lawsuit that was filed by six Muslim men who claim they were falsely arrested on a US Airways jet in the Twin Cities three years ago because of their religious and ethnic backgrounds.
According to federal court records, a settlement was reached Monday and filed with the court today. A clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan would not comment on a settlement and instead referred questions to attorneys.
A New York attorney for the imams Omar Mohammedi, said this afternoon that settlement is "satisfactory to the plaintiffs." Mohammedi added that money is involved, but he declined to elaborate.
Another attorney for the imams, Frederick Goetz of Minneapolis, said a few details remained to be resolved before the settlement is finalized.

Good point. And since the insurance company presumably will pay all but the deductible, they are the ones who decide what to do in a case like this. The client really has to go along with what they decide.
Muslim mafia wins again. US Air submits to its dhimmi status.
As has been stated, U.S. Air stood their ground throughout this. You can search the back articles and verify this, but, trust me, they stood strong. This is an insurer that didn’t want to go to trial.
Notice, there was no apology connected to this...
It was a money/business decision.
I still don’t like it.
