Oct. 16, 2009) One world government, ruled by heartless and godless Marxists might be here sooner than you think. And the objectives of international Communists might explain all the money and power behind putting Obama into power.
But the mechanism for establishing this one world Marxist government has only recently been revealed: The Copenhagen Treaty on Climate Change.
So says Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who, according to Fightin Words Blog, gave a scathing critique of the treaty at the recent Minnesota Freemarket Institute Conference:
Here are some excerpts of Lord Moncktons closing speech, as transcribed by Fightin Words Blog, from the audio recording of the conference:
At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think theyre going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody wont sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word government actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, climate debt because weve been burning CO2 and they havent. Weve been screwing up the climate and they havent. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word election or democracy or vote or ballot occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesnt appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. Hes going to sign it. Hell sign anything. Hes a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course hell sign it.
There is a lot more to what Lord Moncton says, and The Post & Email urges its readers to stop over at Fightin Words blog to read more about it. Fightin Words also has a link to the recent Copenhagen Conference Working Document, so that you can read for yourself what is entailed in its subterfuge.
BTTT!
I literally JUST saw this video on Facebook and reposted it, then I closed out FB and saw your thread.
This is terrifying. If Obama gets this rammed through, I consider it an act of high treason. This is not a term I toss about lightly.
I think James Blish was right on target when he warned about the Global Bureaucratic state in “Cities in Flight”.
More great news.
Lord Monckton: Copenhagen treaty will establish Marxist World Government
. . . . Article and #2.
Thanks, Stockpirate.
P.S. [A Screenshot is our Friend.]
The question is this friends. What are we going to do about it. There is not much time left. Imagine that, from a man who is illegally in the presidency
Mox Nix, The President can sign any d@mn thing he wants to, the Senate ratifies treaties. Just like the Kyoto protocol, Billy Bob be d@med, 99 to zip, dead on arrival in the Senate.
Regards,
GtG
I am beginning to believe that we are finished. Our so called Conservative leaders need to be hung!
I heard on radio that instead of a treaty, which requires 2/3 vote, they will instead make a law, which requires only a majority.
Does this make sense?
and a global central planning authority
This video link needs to be posted on Drudge!
BUMP!
yes,let’s get it on there
If I remember correctly, any treaty must be ratified by 2/3 vote in the Senate.
Bullshit. First, the UN considers any treaty enforceable upon signature and the US has agreed to abide by that principle for decades. If you think that meaningless (as it should be) the SCOTUS has NEVER thrown such a case out on Constitutional grounds.
Second, treaties have been ratified by having the vice president look around the room and declare two thirds of "Senators present" agreed. There was no record of a quorum, there was no record of a committee vote, and there was no recorded vote. For an exposition on that little Constitutional gem, read this.
