Take it from a person who is recovering from it - you are wrong.
In terms of strength, it’s not the worst flu I ever had - that was during the winter 94-95 season when I was IN BED IMMOBILE for 8 days straight.
But this is far worse than the common cold or slight allergic reaction - my temp peaked out early this morning(Friday morning) about 2 am at 102.1 degrees.
I’m very familiar with my usual temps and BP, etc, my normal temp at that time of day is 96.8-97.3
SO!!
All usual precautions!
Lots of fluids, I esp recommend reconstituted frozen lemonade (I mix it like 2.5 or 3 to one, when I’m sick, which is rare, it’s more like a food to me than a drink

Good luck. Still doesn’t sound as bad as the four bouts of mastitis I had between Thanksgiving and Christmas last year. Can’t believe I’m thinking about having another one! The good news is that you will be immune for the rest of your life.
Add garlic to your list!
Also try elderberry syrup and or tea. It shortens the flu quicker then Tamiflu.
