My camera is dated a half day off. I only notice it when I load pictures into the computer in the morning and again in the evening because they go into different files.

The photo claims to have been taken by a Blackberry 8310 at 2009:10:04 18:13:43. That would be Sunday afternoon 2:13:43 pm Washington time.

Blackberries are phones. I would expect a phone camera to have an accurate time stamp, given its ability to get the time from the phone network. E.g., the pix from my Motorola phone are consistently stamped about 14 or 15 seconds later than the actual time (I attribute the delay to sloppy programming — reading the clock after conversion to JPEG, not when the picture was actually taken). However, I've never had a Blackberry, so I can't say for sure if they also get their photo time stamps from the network.
