Whenever I hear anyone say, “Our diversity is our strength!” I ask them...what does that mean? In what way does it make us stronger? I’m tired of people just regurgitating slogans.
If I were to say that at work HR would hang me. Everyone knows where many of us stand, but thought crimes haven’t come to pass just yet...HR is no longer the working guy’s ally, but the blunt force object of the left. And management is too scared to get in the way, even if they do want to keep you.
