Thousands who travelled to see Mr Hinn perform at a London rally have been were left disappointed after officials at Stansted airport would not let him in the country.
Border Agency officials turned back Mr Hinn, who landed by private jet, because he had failed to bring a valid sponsorship certificate from his church, required under rules introduced last November.

I was refused "entry to Britain" because I was getting paid 6 marks a day by the band I was working for and didn't have "working papers".

Benny Hinn’s character is not the topic of this thread, but the fact that he was banned from Britian for wanting to preach.
Its come full circle. The pilgrims left Britain because of religious persecution and settled in the new world, and now the new world is unable to go back to the old and preach.

Benny Hill had a gift from God. Benny Hinn is a joke personified, and his followers would have more chance of healing if they followed Benny Hill.

Hinn is not a great preacher. He’s a liar of Elmer Gantresque proportions, and Britain is wise to keep swindlers from their midst.
I don’t get into arguments with charismatics in general over the “sign gifts.” For whatever reason as a Christian I don’t share those gifts and would consider it phony to pretend I did just to try to fit in with them. At the same time I can’t prove they shouldn’t exist any more. However there is so much other “Bountiful Stuff” mixed in with some of these groups’ theology that I fear they are opening themselves up to the “other guys.”
You’d think a nation of people with bad teeth wouldn’t be so hard on a guy with bad hair.
