Why do I get the feeling that “the One” will announce some major deal with Cuba where we are giving back Gitmo and moving to Panama.

Or, there is that feeling that "the one" is getting empowered as "king of the world" and is setting up a control to take over the canal.
I don't know of anything serious enough in central America to justify two new military bases...
It's weird...
