I don't know of anything serious enough in central America to justify two new military bases...

I don’t see you as being paranoid at all. I think he is setting up to take it and other places over. Plus creating a place where he can set up his black panther gestapo in Latin America.

I think it’s weird too. They should be very leery of his intentions. Next thing you know, he will be taking over Panama. I am strongly against this.
