Yes but i think your rights to do what you choose begin to infringe on others’ rights at some point before “breaking into their home and beating them”. Not a constitutional scholar, but pretty sure that’s correct.

Why would you set them on fire after you shoot them in head? I would think the opposite would make more sense. Not that I’m advocating anyone being shot OR set on fire regardless of order.
