When they're not involved in defending themselves from accusations of voter fraud or promoting child prostitution on videotape the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) also run radio stations in Dallas and Little Rock and high schools in New York City.
The AP reported on thiss diverse organization on Saturday:

Its affiliates include nonprofit radio stations KNON in Dallas and KABF in Little Rock. The stations and ACORN work closely together, share a common mission and have offices in the same buildings, Kettenring said.

Two schools in New York City have partnered with ACORN and bear its name: ACORN Community High School and ACORN High School for Social Justice. The schools' state report cards identify ACORN Community High School as in good standing for student performance, while the other school needs improvement in some areas.

Anyone looking for more SEIU/ACORN fund will have fun with that & it puts them in bed with education, at least in Texas.

What you can also do is check into everything Bill Ayers has his fingers into. You’ll find that he has a lot of influence into what is being taught.

I’ve been looking over some of the other organizations and following them. Wade Rathke is all over them, a bunch are shell corps and a BUNCH are media related. It’s a twisted piece of sh*t that needs to be unraveled.

It was Dreams From My Father, for which there is now a second source beyond the lengthy literary analysis from Csshill (in 3 parts at American Thinker). Andersen's just-published biography of Barack and Michelle says that Michelle got upset with how long it was taking Barack to get the book done (he had a large advance despite being an unknown and unpublished writer) and they took all the notes over to their good friend (and writing teacher) Bill Ayers and had him write it.

Of course politicians use ghost writers all the time, but they also usually give credit in their preface, if not on the cover jacket itself.

What makes Obama different is that the myth of Obama's "brilliance" is largely based on his authorship of Dreams, since apert from speech making and getting himself elected, he literally did nothing of significance in his life before becoming President.

The 2nd book, "The Audacity of Hope" is largely a re-write of Dreams with the more embarrassing parts left out and some added material of lesser literary flair.
