MONTPELIER, Vt. A transgender teenager is lending his voice to a movement in Vermont to require the state's middle and high schools to offer genderless bathrooms.
Kyle Giard-Chase, 16, asked the Vermont Human Rights Commission on Thursday to endorse the effort. He said that before he came out last year as transgendered, he was a three-sport athlete and the co-captain of the field hockey team, a girls' sport, at South Burlington High School.

Bwahahaha! Again.
Just put “Whatever” on the door, I guess...
Go piss in the wind!
Give “it” a 5 gallon bucket and a blanket......
If he wants a genderless bathroom he can go crap in the woods.
Vermont..what else is knew

Here he is ... I think?
someone has been peeing in front of my office door every night. I finally set up a security camera to find out it was a woman!
Just what I need..a freak checking out my freak while I take a piss.
I’m tired of pretending to care what human garbage like Kyle Giard-Chase think about anything. I think cockroaches belong in the woodwork.
Genderless bathrooms. Every teenage girl in the State would be going outside to pee in the bushes.
Why is this news???
In at least two restaurants in Provincetown, MA, the bathroom doors are marked "either" and "or"
When freaks attack.
:)
This planet needs an enema. And don’t get me started on where the nozzle ought to go...
Good idea? Depends.
Definately an individual that changes a light bulb by holding the bulb into the socket, and expecting the world to revolve around him/her/it.
(Might explain the gender confusion, too.)
...And I’d like to be the King of England!
The picture of “it” gives credence to why some mammals eat their young.
Gay or straight, sometimes there’s a reason kids get their asses kicked....
And why others don’t. yech!
and you’d ask her to stop but you’re getting rich off the pay-per-view, right? :)
For those who are wondering, a genderless bathroom is a one-holer. We have them at the library. It’s a nice quiet place to take the Browns to the Super Bowl.
It is a rule ignored at your own peril.
Get it a porta-potty in the parking lot.
Believe me sir... I always observe The Rule now.
Always.
France had to deal with their freak problem and has many single user bathrooms that can be used by male, female, or other. Public community bathrooms may be cheaper to build and easier to clean, but they will always have freaks hanging out in them.
Can someone translate this into English?
That is the point of the execise.
This GIRL has a mental illness. She can use the handicapped wheelchair bathroom.
SHE wants to go in the boys bathroom. Do we REALLY want homonal NORNAL kids in bathrooms? It is bad enough with adults in the same situation. (though the mile high club membership has gone down a bit in recent years)
Most public buildings have at least one one-holer like that - not usually for weirdo gender issues, but because they’re easier for handicapped people or people who need an assistant to use, usually have diapering stations in them and also often have a chair for nursing mothers to park in to pump breast milk.
At work (small company) we have a mens room, womens room, and the one holer. We have one guy in a wheelchair who uses the one holer, and the rest of us sometimes do if we have a meeting at that end of the building or if we just need a change of scenery LOL.

What kind of a parent would allow their kid to have a transgender operation?
Maybe they could add a third bathroom that says transgender. But I’m not sure what to do after that since some have turned into women, while others have turned into men.
Does the deceased mind of one person abrogate the rights of all others? If you say no than “genderless bathrooms” are wrong.
Port-a-Potties are genderless.
And with VT winters, there’d never be a line.
“Transgender Vt. teen wants genderless bathrooms”
Normal, heterosexual high school boys are excited about the prospect.
*What kind of a parent would allow their kid to have a transgender operation?*
I’m totally confused. In many states, you cannot legally consent to sex before the age of 18, right? So if you cannot legally decide what to do with your genitals recreationally, how on Earth can you be allowed to make more drastic decisions in regards to them?
It is a constant battle of those NOT normal to be part of the normal society.
True story: I was touring the University of VT campus with my son this summer as UMV is one of several colleges he was considering applying to.
During the tour I saw a collection of signs in one of the buildings indicating the Mens room was to the left, the Womens room to the right and the Gender Neutral room was straight ahead.
I asked the College student giving the tour what the dealio was with the gender neutral room. Without missing a beat, the student indicated with a straight face and totally serious voice, that its for those students who don’t necessarily associate themselves with being either Male or Female and are unsure which bathroom to use.
I chuckled and replied that I could see how that could be a difficult decision to make. He didn’t laugh.
Do the rest of us non-transgendered get a say in this at all?
A little advice from a camper and hiker. It’s called a bush, they grow all over the place.
what operation? it looks like this GIRL is just dressing like a boy and doing homone shots “just in case” the process has to be reversed.
Dig a large latrine and throw the Human Rights Commission into it.
Pierced lower lip. What a turn-on!
Or is that just a giant zit?
Oh my - the teenage years are awkward enough without all this.
Time to END UNIVERSITY WELFARE.
true compettion for the universities.
1. dichargability of student loans.
2. no government reward for inflated tuition rates.
3. no subsidies for tendure.
I will let you take this one.....
