Well, there should at least be a clause in there that if you commit a serious crime you forfeit the pension! That one clause alone would probably save the taxpayers of CA a pretty penny.

Trying to imagine where this state wastes money would be mind boggling. I'd guess that something slightly less than half of the budget is Acornian and represents an investment in 'people' with zero impact on infrustructure.

I could be wrong, it could be much larger than that and it is appropriate to sight the lack of major projects being undertaken as a sign of such. Filling wallets with money takes presidence over building a dam and filling it with water, don't cha know.
