At The Top Of The Televangelist's Game [Obama Learned This From Rev. Jeremiah Wright?]

At The Top Of The Televangelist's Game

Wesley Pruden.

Barack Obama did what he does best. Billy Graham once said Bill Clinton could make a great evangelist, but Bubba's not a patch on this president.

Mr. Obama early on mastered the cadence of the black church - dropping his voice on the last word of the sentence to make the listener pay attention - and he understands the power of language. He speaks great prose. He understands that a televangelist concentrates on sales, not substance.

The president was on his game Wednesday night, soaring with a promise of partisan geniality and finishing with the resurrection of a corpse. No one in the House chamber would have been surprised if Teddy Kennedy had walked in from Arlington National Cemetery to lead the applause.

"The time for bickering is over," he said. "Now is when we must bring the best ideas of both parties together, and show the American people that we can still do what we were sent here to do."

The faux humility - the appeal to his Republican "friends" - was intended to seduce the independents who have been deserting his game for weeks.

The Republicans contributed to the emotionalism of the evening with an outburst of frustration and bad manners - "You lie!" - that was unexpected manna from Democratic heaven. The ferocity of the media exploitation of the incident reveals the desperation of the Democrats to find something, anything, to stop the bleeding.

(Rahm Emanuel, the president's chief of staff, calls Rep. Joe Wilson's shout-out unique in American history, demonstrating once more how little this administration knows of the history of America and the 57 states beyond the Chicago city limits.

But neither the resurrection of Teddy Kennedy nor the exploitation of bad manners is likely to....

Maybe this is yet another reason why so many koolaid drinking Obamabots are hypnotized by this MARXIST.

Can not stand the Obama speaking style. He doesn’t put sentences together to make a statement. Every sentence is a statement.

To hypnotize the mindless, maybe. Listening to this man speak is like waiting for the slow kid in English class to limp through the longest paragraph in the text after you've already read through the chapter twice. I think he knows that if he spoke any faster people would remember what BS he said at the start and compare it to the incompatible BS at the end.

See Joe Wilson. See Wilson run. See Wilson debate Ohaha.

Thank you Dems. How nice of you to provide Republicans with a towering leader of national stature---with the ability to organize huge numbers of people. Fully 75% of Americas polled agree with Joe Wilson.

Thanks to the Dems, Republicans have a viable 2012 presidential candidate. Can't wait for Joe Wilson's debates with Ohaha.

Obama spent 20 years in a cult that preached "Black Liberation Theology" from racists (notably Wright, but there are scores of other there) in the pulpit.

Let us be clear: this is NOT a Christian church.

Legitimate black churches that love Christ abound, and the words of their preachers sing Christ's praise. Listen to Dr. Tony Evans, or others. It is obvious they love God.

Listen to the late Rev. S. M. Lockridge in this message:

That's My King!

Contrast that to Michelle and Barack, who spent their time swooning and smiling at every raw meat racist bit of garbage hurled from the balcony at Wright's disgusting "church."

I don't know how yet, but God is going to mightily punished this pair of posers unless they confess their sins, accept Christ, and repent of their wicked ways and their hearts of darkness.
