Beck does not have this on his website yet to my knowledge but he is talking about this on his radio show. Call 202-224-3121 and tell your senators to vote NO on Cass Sustein! They will be voting on this TODAY!!!!

What exactly are they voting on? The ‘czars’ don’t need Senate confirmation, they are simply appointed and then turned loose on the country to do Obama’s dirty work.

No, he has been nominated to head up the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. I believe it’s part of the OMB and the position of OIRA head has been a ‘confirmable’ position for a while...unlike ‘greed jobs czar’ which is a completely new, ‘made up’ position. Someone will correct me if I’m wrong. *vbg*
