Band of Mothers founder Bev Perlson is excited to have the 9/12 Tea Party organization join her and supporters, FReeRepublic and Gathering of Eagles/Eagles Up members.
I say the 9/12 Tea Party is joining us is because Bev and her supporters have been at the Cannon Building five times previously since December, 2007. Last year she made the week before 9/11 a Band of Mothers yearly event at the Cannon Building. Just like Gen. MacArthur, Bev promised to be back and she is.
Band of Mothers will be at the corner of Independence Ave and New Jersey, SW, in front of the Cannon Building on Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 9 & 10, from 9AM til 5PM.
Thursday, Sept. 9th is especially important since Obambi will be across the street in OUR Capitol Building addressing ‘small c’ congress. Bev will have some signs but feel free to bring your own.
Bev is a person you’ll never forget. She is the mother of an 82nd Airborne, 4 tour, soldier. She has lead the effort to get “Billie” Ayers dis-invited to at least three of his book tour engagements. And she has confronted the Code Pinkos at Walter Reed several times.
She has been to many of FreeRepublic’s and GoE’s events so lets help her out on the 9th & 10th.

I just stocked up on stuff for the troops and will be bringing it along. I suspect many others will be doing the same thing, so if you haven't thought about it, maybe you should have some sort of receptacle on hand for us to put them in.
PS—I’ll only get there in time for the usual Friday night Freep.
