It has been suggested before so I will refresh the minds of fellow Patriots of what to wear on 9/12 in Washington, DC: an empty holster, but with the Constitution and/or Declaration of Independence inside (print one off if you haven't got a "pocket" version).
Imagine the knee-jerk reaction of MSM journalists and Beltway pundits to see hordes of would-be Militia members and assorted Astroturfers decending upon DC wearing what appear to be... gun holsters! Only to find out upon closer look that they're empty.
What are these Right Wing nutjobs trying to say? Are they hiding their guns (Sandy Berger style) in their shorts? Quick! Send in the DC police to investigate!
And what would the police say, no empty holsters allowed in DC... since when? Your attire is threatening... really? What, has the National Mall become a high school hallway for cops to act like teachers towards miscreant students?
And that's when you tell them, calmly and simply. You have come to Washington DC "armed" with our nation's founding documents, the Constitution and/or the Declaration of Independence.
What better symbolism of We The People's current struggle against an oppressive, elitist, self-serving, and corrupt government, than to be stopped and questioned by "authorities" for exercising the right of the people peacably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
And what if the authorities and/or the union goons of this Administration were to snatch the Founding Documents from our hands and tell us to get out. Talk about a YouTube moment...
...with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
Hopefully, the powers that be crap a load of bricks and decide that it is better for them one man “suffer” than that the whole nation perish.
Or maybe they’ll all just fall on their swords.

How “less flattering” can it get? Tens of thousands of Americans in DC with empty holsters filled with the Constitution will send a very clear message.

Being armed with the Constitution is short, sweet and to the point. It should threaten absolutely nobody. How can it? Paper cuts????
I agree, SCREW THE “DARKSIDE”. As I indicated in the thread below, I will be wearing an empty holster to all future TEA Parties.
