I agree with you, they have been kept on the run for eight years and governments that might assist them have had the fear of George W. Bush instilled in them.
Let’s face it that last administration sent the fear of God into some world leaders when they just started kicking ass and taking names.
Do people remember Colonel Muammar Qaddafi calling up and letting George W. know that he was playing nice now and of course there are dead guys like the leader of Iraq and unknown numbers of guys that thought they were the next man up to lead the Taliban or whatever.
