I belong to an rural electrical co-op so I know how they function. I’m happy with my co-op and the quality of its service. I don’t believe the Obama administration has any intent or willingness to create an independent entity. Wall Street found out too late about the strings. So did the banks. And, then there’s GM. This is a pattern, a way of recreating country.
