This official asked not to be identified in exchange for providing clarity about the intentions of the President... A second official, Linda Douglass, director of health reform communications for the administration, said that President Obama ... had not backed away from that belief, and that he still wanted to see a public option in the final bill.

What he is setting up is by bringing down the insurance companies, he will say how a single payer system is the only way to go. Obama himself has said repeatedly how he wants a single payer system, that is what he wants. He wants America to become Europe, I had no doubt about that, even when that supposed statement came out today about him not wanting a public option, I knew that was complete BS, if he did not want a single payer option, he wouldn’t be bashing insurance companies like he is

Mark my words! And the worst part? Those compromising GOP members will have been complicit in eroding our rights and liberties because they were too weak spined to stand up fore hte TRUTH! They KNOW the TRUTH- they KNOW exactly what Obama is after, and IF they STILL choose to ‘compromise’ to get even a watered down bill passed, they will have been complicit in startign us down a path we will NEVER excape from!
