Who knows. That’s the problem with “czars”. They are not provided for by congress, have no congressional oversight and no confirmation process.

I assume there is a reason why he has so many and yes I sound like a conspiracy type but we all have to be something.
Since when does Obama have unlimited access to taxpayers money to hire and pay whoever and how many people he wants, who answer to no one, and are accountable to no one?

Lexus Nexus, which just pulled ads from Glenn Beck’s show is owned by Reed Elsevier Inc., which also owns Pollutech Horizons, a sustainability venture.
I don’t know of any hard connections here, but it would seem that Reed Elsevier Inc. is connected in some way to Van Jones the Green Jobs czar who is the co-founder of Color of Change (colorofchange.org), the organization that is running a campaign to get advertisers to pull ads from Glenn Beck’s show.
Reed Elsevier Inc. is also into medical technology and business solutions, incluing a staffing firm.

“The man that Obama appointed to be the ‘content czar’ for talk radio is Mark Loyd. Loyd wrote a book in 2006, published by the University of Illinois Press, entitled, Prologue to a Farce: Communications and Democracy in America, in which he proposes, among other things, that private radio broadcasters be required to pay a sum equal to their total operating costs in order to benefit public radio broadcasting.
Forget for a moment that no business can survive by paying some other entity a sum equal to their total operating expenses. This, of course, would drive private broadcasters out of business. But look at what he is proposing. He wants public broadcasting to be funded totally on the backs of private broadcasters, many of whom operate in the red.
Such idiotic, mutton-headed notions would be laughable were they not dead serious.
And that’s not all.

Some “czars” in this list are called something other than czar in their title. By reading through the list, you can see open slots which haven’t been filled yet. And at the bottom, there are some additional slots which are rumored to be in the works. Or maybe it’s tongue in cheek, since some are ridiculous. Wait, they are all ridiculous.
Apparently, Glenn Beck is not their only target. I read on one of the liberal websites that they were targeting sponsors for Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh. All considered to be threats to the left. Must be striking a nerve with the truth.
