Translation - I want to pass health care before the people realize how many illegal aliens it applies to.

2008 Hillary endorsed licensing illegals and lost a liberal Dem primary........... several Dems still have tire tracks across their back from the last amnesty go-round, and nightmares.....

Heh---Dems w/ tire tracks---nice visual.

Next amnesty try------quicksand. LOL.

From what I know & observe, Country of Origin Bill is finally in effect...

It took YEARS to push through due to lobbying against it...

The farmers, growers, cattlemen wanted the bill...

...our Florida tomato growers lost millions last year due to the jerking around they took, when the culprit was Mexico.

I've noticed a lot of new labeling specifically naming the USA as the product origin.

This wasn't always so.

I won't buy Mexican....I just won't.

Also I know the USA outsources many of our pharmaceuticls, but I drew the line when an antibiotic was prescribed and the pharmacist handed me a packet from Mumbai, India.

I refused it, and he called around town until something more appropriate could be found.

I'm not a trouble maker, but I do care what goes in my body....

..and Mumbai is not on my list!

Think about it....the freaking Congress Critters have already admitted they do not read the bills they sign into law.

Plus, just how many last minute items are changed (stricken, added to, and / or reworded) or political spending payoffs added at midnight or later when a bare quorum of freshmen Critters are made to 'conduct official biz' into the wee hours of morning before a role vote call the next day?

The American public would faint if they really knew just how the crap gets crammed and passed.

Bingo! Once he gets universal health care benefits for Illegals, he's more than half way home for the rest of his agenda.

Notice LaRaza isn't screaming about Immigration Reform being put on the back burner.

According to FAIR's own recent cost studies, illegal immigration is negatively impacting state budgets. For example, in Florida, the cost to state taxpayers in 2008 was $3.8 billion per year, up from $1.7 billion in 2005.

A similar situation in Pennsylvania has coincided with a proposed three year temporary increase of one-half percent in the state's personal income tax.

Fair Updates Aug. 10, 2009

The Gallup Poll findings reveal that Americans, regardless of party affiliation, are taking a "tougher stance" towards immigration than they did a year ago. While Republicans are traditionally associated with a more restrictive immigration policy, the Gallup Poll found that Democrats are also increasingly supportive of a more restrictive immigration policy. According to the poll, 44% of Democrats polled favor a reducing immigration levels while only 15% support increasing immigration levels.

Now after reading these clips, which shows what issue is really important to American taxpayers-immigration; Obama says, he will wait.

I think it is way too late for The Marxist Onada to get the “push too far too fast” genie back in the bottle.

Rather than ride the town meetings out, the Marxists are showing their true colors by calling all those who disagree with them Nazis, rubes and/or insane.

They had really convinced themselves the way was clear to convert America to a Marxist State. All of a sudden things are not looking so good for them so lash out like the ideological thugs they are.

important for us to sequence these big initiatives in a way where they don't all just crash at the same time

Fine. Crash them one by one.

Seems as if all energy, healthcare, immigration and climate change legislation is being prepared in anticipation of including ALL of Canada and Mexico, too...now, to just integrate the militaries, the borders and laws, and finances and currency for all three countries with Obamaism

Just trying to finish what George Bush started.

Good, that will be closer to the next election. i dare them to proceed then.

Remember it doesn't matter who votes, but who counts them.

The main goal of the dmocRATS is to replace the senior citizens who will vote for the democRTAS until they die, which under ObamaCare won’t be to far off, with newly minted democRATS who will vote for them fo many years to come.

Emphasis mine:

“It’s very important for us to sequence these big initiatives in a way where they don’t all just crash at the same time,” he said, according to The Associated Press.

Hey -8nobama, you got that right. Prolly the first time since 1/20/09 you told the truth.

A certain picture of the tokerinchief (TIC) comes to mind. A young Beri-Beri is wearing a wide brimmed white hat, stoned on an exotic ‘cigarette,’ no doubt procured from drug-trafficking colleagues of the same ‘human rights’ violators he now works so assiduously to thwart and eliminate. Beri-Beri is now dedicated to eliminating the scourge of illicit substances by keeping our borders open to lawless, gun-toting drug traffickers so that they can come into our towns and cities, sell their drugs, shoot it out with their guns and create gangs and an underground economy. He intends to punish these evil, Mexican drug traffickers by...yes, you guessed it...extending citizenship and healthcare to these Mexican gangbangers and their offspring, seizing the firearms of patriotic Americans and printing more money to give to the Mexican government for their valuable role in establishing the NWO. Further, Beri Beri will demonstrate his respect for democracy by re-installing Zelaya over the Hondurans. Now, that’s audacity that would bust the chops on the most audacious confidence man.

Pretty optimistic, aren'tcha ducky?

On the contrary. It is a brilliant move on his part. He will hold immigration reform hostage to passage of his health care package. Extortion from the community organizer. That way, he can get all the illegals on his side of the healthcare debate + international pressure from those that want to see our borders split wide open.

Hopefully it backfires because he pisses off everyone over cap n tax and healthcare and loses the trust of the masses.
