The Authorities must have the Obligation of removing him from direct contact of the children until a full set of Psychological and Mental Health Evaluations have been completed on this Individual. With such irresponsible and Obscene behavior, he appears to be a Disaster waiting to Explode! The Safety of those Poor Children Is The Paramount Consideration!
