§338-5 Compulsory registration of births. Within the time prescribed by the department of health, a certificate of every birth shall be substantially completed and filed with the local agent of the department in the district in which the birth occurred, by the administrator or designated representative of the birthing facility, or physician, or midwife, or other legally authorized person in attendance at the birth; or if not so attended, by one of the parents.

Here's a copy of the current version of the statute that controls who can prepare a Hawaiian birth certificate and how. It's a lineal descendant of the one that applied when Obama was born. The bolded part is the important part in that, if a child is not born at a "birth facility," then his birth certificate is to be prepared "by one of the parents."

That's the elephant sized loophole Stanley Ann Dunham probably used to make Baby Barry a fake natural born American and probably why he's so loathe to reveal the original "Certificate of Live Birth" (the Certificate). It also explains why he was able to obtain, IMHO, the "Certification of Live Birth" (the Certification) that's been published to prove he's a natural born American.

If Stanley Ann Dunham had returned to Hawaii early enough to catch a plane before her advanced pregnancy would keep her off it, she'd have been cared for by her parents and definitely gotten to a birth facility in time to have Barry under proper, hygenic conditions, and the birth facility would have generated a normal Certificate as described in the first sentence of the first paragarph. Thus, there would be little apparent reason for Barry to object to producing the document.

However, if Stanley Ann bore him in Kenya and brought him back to Hawaii on the first plane she could catch, she had the problem of how to convert Barry, the Kenyan, into Barry, the Amercian. As noted in many of the posts on this matter, she was too young to have him naturalized. However, to make him a natural born citizen, all she had to do was prepare and file a fraudulent Certificate, as described by the bolded part of the statute. Being a round heeled hippy, this fraud undoubtedly caused her little loss of sleep.

That fraudulent Certificate would become a part of the Hawaii official records and be prima facie evidence of his birth as a natural born American. It could then be used to generate Certifications as necessary for purposes like applying to the Illinois Bar and for a passport. The result would be an apparently clean paper trail for someone who was actually an illegal alien, since Hawaiian officials are able accurately to state they do have an apparently proper birth certificate on file for him.

Right now disclosure of what I suspect is the Certificate prepared by Stanley Ann would devastate him. He and his accomplices have repeatedly represented that he was born at one of two Hawaiian hospitals, not at any other location. If his Certificate was prpared by Stanley Ann those claims would be utterly disproved, making him look more and more like an illegal alien and a perjurer.

The only way the American people can ever know is to see the actual Certificate.

Agreed. This is why the address of the proud parents belongs to another family who had lived there continuously until just last year. At the time of BO’s birth they had 3 children of their own and none of the neighbors who are still alive recollect the Obamas being in residence.

I doubt anybody was thinking about little Barry becoming president. However, grandma was a vp of a large bank and she knew the benefits of having documents and citizenship. She was the one, probably, who engineered the paperwork. Because she was at a bank she had knowledge of ‘safe’ addresses that were on the other side of town. I’m wondering if the people at that address obtained a mortgage around that time.

I think they might have done this, not so much out of “foresight” but because they could. Who knows what the grandparents thought of little Barry not having US citizenship? Could they have pulled a little subterfuge, claiming he was home birthed, and creating their own bogus after-the-fact BC?

This theory explains two “facts”:

1. Why Obama won’t release it, knowing it will say he was born at home rather than at a hospital, and thus opening up this whole can of worms

2. The specific wording of the Hawaii officials. Yesterday, Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued a second definitive statement that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as his Certificate of Live Birth states. But note that she doesn’t state where, specifically, he was born - in a hospital or at home. And BHO has contradicted himself on which hospital it was.

Betcha there’s no hospital named. Because the whole birth certificate is based on fraud committed by his “round heeled hippy” mother and her parents in 1961.

I contend that when a BC is provided by OTHER THAN one of the official submitters as noted above, but is submitted by one of the parents, they use "ACCEPTED BY REGISTER" on the BC and not "FILED BY REGISTER". Note the wording on Obama's say "ACCEPTED". That is the smoking gun.

Accidently phrased that backwards.

Obama’s says “FILED BY REGISTRAR” and all other known copies from legitimate hospitals say “ACCEPTED BY REGISTRAR”.

Acceptance denoted is is from an trusted source. Filed means just that and only that.
