These guys are very dependent on bringing pork back to their districts. Pelousy will chop their pork as she chops their nuts.
I honestly don’t give Pelosi that much credit when it comes to being an effective House leader. I don’t think she has the wherewithal to keep her party in line in these circumstances.
OTOH, they could be realizing that they could lose their re-elections if they go along with the Democrat Titanic.

The blue doggies can talk a good game, but once they are taken to the back of the chamber and get poked in the chest a couple of times, and then promised to have a primary opponent next election, they obediently go back to the floor and vote with the rest of the RATs.
RATs can't vote their conscience because they don't own their vote.
