HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) -- ESPN banned staffers from the New York Post from appearing on any of its programming on Wednesday after the newspaper published photos this week taken from a video showing sideline reporter Erin Andrews nude in a hotel room.
The Post published three images from the blurry video Tuesday.

I think ESPN’s actions are justified, but I have to say that the video is incredible.
good, the average IQ at ESPN will go up.
Shame on the Post for publishing these. They were out of line.
So you’re ok with a sexual assault?
Beware of the nasty virus.
IMO, it’s pretty sleazy of them to publish these “rape” photos. Yeah, yeah, I know, she wasn’t physically assaulted but she WAS filmed nude while in private without her permission. That’s rape in my eyes.
I’d take ESPN seriously if they would’ve reported on the Big Ben lawsuit a little faster and post somewhere on their front page video reference of Lebron James being dunked on..
But the athlete’s (especially white Ben) and their King James are their marketing partners..
And from what I’ve seen, it is more than likely and ESPN EMPLOYEE who videotaped their own employee.
Talk about dirty laundry at that loser organization
“Thats rape in my eyes.”
It is in the eyes of the law too.
(”There is some illegally obtained material, leaked documents or video of a CIA person torturing a soldier, or stuff taken out of Gitmo, that I think has great public importance,” McBride said. “But this doesn’t do that at all.)
Nice analogy, McBride, you a**hole!
Got to go with the four letter network on this one.
Please don’t change the wording for a crime; it is just so clintonesque.
What the **** happened to newspapers that they felt such material was print-worthy?
The videos were posted to dailymotion back in February, any body who had typed “erin andrews” in the unfiltered search on the website would have found them. The only reason they went virual was ESPN and her lawyer admitted it was she in the video.
I am getting somewhat suspicious. Some one told who watched the videos, I have NOT seen them, said that she actually looks at the camera and smirks.
People have been posting redacted frames from the video, but not the hardcore stuff.
The photographs are a criminal and tortious violation of privacy, as is the publication of them.
Got to side with ESPN on this one for standing up for their employee.
