His response, when read, is an obvious vapid pile of nothing. The problem is, it sounds like something in the spoken word. It has the right linguistic structure, but no content. These people are NOT stupid - they have studied the most successful propagandists of (recent especially) history, from Stalin’s minions, to Goebbels, to LBJ, to Hannity (sorry folks, but he plays the same sly word games too), to Obama. Goebbels and LBJ take the cake - I think because, shriveled as they are, Gibbs et al actually have something resembling souls.
Gibbs’ translation: “The president is a lying pile of elephant dung. And so is his press secretary.”
Obama reminds me of the Mythical character Icarus who against his fathers wishes flew too close to the sun.
I appears Obama has reached his zenith and has lost his wings. I like this story better than the Waterloo story.
Mainly because Obama is a character out of a Myth, NO SUBSTANCE.
