The Financial Times reported that the machines were from Venezuela --- which I believe would mean Smartmatic, not Diebold:
The Venezuelan president has threatened war on Hondurass de facto government, and had previously sent voting machines to the Central American country for the referendum on constitutional reform that sparked Mr Zelayas overthrow. Mr Chávez also provided a plane for his failed return to Honduras last Sunday.
Opposition accuses Chávez of hypocrisy
Just a few months ago, Google returned gazillions of hits on Diebold voting irregularities, many articles that now don’t show up. Smartmatic appears to be the culprit in Honduras.
It appears the complaints still abound about all the electronic voting methods and suppliers.
