Well .. I’m saddened to learn that the “celebrity” folks are still alive and well and parading Cronkite as some kind of hero.

I have no respect for a person - knowing their ability to sway opinion - who would be willing to make such an irresponsible statement .. that America had lost the TET offensive. When in FACT, the Americans had succeeded in defeating the enemy. That statement caused the NK enemy to regroup AND MORE THAN 50,000 AMERICAN SOLDIERS LOST THEIR LIVES. The reason I know that - I read the book of the NK general who led the regrouping of the enemy. He was ready to surrender until he heard the statement from Cronkite.

I told FOX this morning how I felt - and I have watched very little of FOX today because of their continuous praise for Cronkite.

Cronkite became just another military hating liberal.
