Republicans better do their job! Here is a case handed to
them on a silver platter!!! It reeks of impartiality and failure to stand up to bullying. If she caved to Pastors because of fear they would get sued...what will she do on the SC bench....she should be grilled hard and Ricci should be commended and given the stand to show how her decisions effect main street America/ She is not impartial...she has racial tendencies and is for affirmative actions...even when they are clearly unfounded!

Looks to me like if you laid him out instead of holding him off it would have been a clear case of self defense.

If it is a film of a post-election 2000 protest at Joe Lieberman’s house on Alston Avenue in New Haven, then yes. Former State Senator Tom Scott organized the protest, rented the flatbed, had Race Bannon involved, saw to it that New Haven’s version of Al Sharpton Rev. Mr. Boise Kimber (aka convicted thief of burial money placed with his funeral home by poor elderly blacks) Noisy Kimber) was removed from the flatbed. Tom Scott and Race were later sued by the Rev. Mr. Noisy but law, reason, Tom and Bannon prevailed.

Having reviewed the film at #3, yes, that is Tom Scott and that is the rally at Lieberman’s house.
