This is a scam. No judge would ever say “nothing will be dismissed on procedural grounds” before any issue was raised.

Problem is, it seems that in the past court rulings, ‘natural born’ has been decided to mean both parents are us citizens. this is where obama will have trouble along with proving he was born on us soil. There’s only one reason to spend millions on legal defense of this, and not simply release his COLB. And it ain’t personal privacy. Nothing on there would be anything he either hasn’t said or we supposedly don’t know already. It would vindicate him and end it, yet it isn’t released.
I mean good grief, Juan McCain released his. No big deal.
