Overall, 52% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President’s performance so far. That, too, is a new low for the President. Forty-seen percent (47%) now disapprove.

and you can bet those are the massaged figures, the real ones are a lot lot worse.

What will his approval rating be when he asks Congress to bail out California?
To: SoFloFreeper
It will be interesting to see how Obama’s overseas trip affects his ratings. They usually go up when he is abroad acting Presidential. If they stay down, he is getting in deep trouble, especially with cap and trade and healthcare next on the agenda, which are polarizing issues.

He’s abroad, but not acting Presidential.
He’s just reduced American security.

Holy Poly! Obama’s strongly disapprove number is almost as high as Sarah’s mere disapprove percentage.

I've been waiting for the day to start referring to -3Bama. Perhaps momentum will start accruing, and there will be new minus-Bama names to refer to The One.
IF we should ever be rid of -3Bama, with emphasis on the IF, I shudder to think of what it will take to remove the stains (whatever will come out) and cumulative damage (whatever is repairable).

I guess it’s time for Newsweek, TIME, CNN, the NYT, Wash Po and NBC to counter with polls showing his “approval rating” at 64%.

I do see some buyers remorse with co-workers.
This is meaningless now, though.
Those of us who used our heads in the voting booth tried to warn the “American Idol” voting block about this guy but to no avail.
Logic will never trump emotion.
They will have to see for themselves.
Sadly, on the other end was McCain.

Right now they are too busy covering their other favorite African American:...pedophile extraordinaire, Michael Jackson. They will get back to Obama next week and give him the propaganda push that he needs.
*sigh*

When will he break Bush’s lows, and when will he break Carter’s lows? Within the first two years or will it take all four?

I wonder if the Palin resignation announcement on Friday had anything to do with these numbers.

This country is closing in on a track towards a depression. The AmeriKan public has received a government education for over 40 years. These same latte and malt liquor drinking, government dependent & guilt ridden dolts outnumber those who have a clue. Add in those who have given up on any chance of this country surviving intact and you have a win for any socialist candidate.
