Manuel Zelaya, the president of Honduras ousted in a coup, is attempting to fly home from Washington and reclaim his office, sparking clashes between his supporters and the security forces which have led to at least one death.
At least one person was killed and several were injured as soldiers opened fire and let off tear gas rounds after at least 10,000 supporters of the Leftist leader descended on the airport outside the capital, Tegucigalpa.
As his supporters mobbed the airport, soldiers were deployed en masse. Violent confrontations then erupted along the perimeter fence. As demonstrators tried to rip down the fence, police fired tear gas and came under attack from a hail of stones. Shots then rang out and at least one young man was killed, shot in the head, according to several witnesses.

Looks like Obama is bringing peace and love to the planet, unfortunately his peace and love is going to get a lot of people killed.

“..his peace and love is going to get a lot of people killed.”

This is the kind of peace that the ROP offers.

A cameraman working for the Al-Jazeera television channel said: " I saw one young man shot in the head. His mother was with him and was hysterical." Isn't it nice they chose to quote an "unbiased" source. /sarcasm.
I know for a fact that there have been huge anti-Zelaya demonstrations, but nobody reports on those.
Many of the troublemakers in Honduras have come from out of the country, or as this article reports are unions and "peasants" whom Zelaya has urged to protest.

It wasn't a 'coup'. He was turned out by law under the country's constitution by the Supreme Court, something our SCOTUS seems incapable of.

This is the story of the decade, I just hope the truth gets out. I am not optimistic, but the truth could bring down this farce of an administration and the UN, IMHO.

It is very obvious now that the initial coup was directed from Venezuela. Heck, the referendum ballots were even printed there. With the coup players meeting in DC, this coup is now Obama’s coup. He is forcing a dictator on a free people.
To: justa-hairyape
Commies have a history of doing just that. Killing many people either directly or indirectly.

China calling the shots now as they hold all the cash? This appears to be Russian related. Venezuela and Cuba are their tools.
