With Gov. Ed Rendells proposed budget stalemated in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, 600 unhappy taxpayers rallied in Chambersburgs center square Saturday to declare their independence from looming tax increases.
Likening their protest to that of a group of Boston patriots in 1776, Franklin County, Pa., joined in the nationwide TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party movement against taxation and government spending.

That comment is right on. I attended a tea party in Middletown, NJ yesterday. There were about 150 people there. My local paper, The Asbury Park Press, had a short story about it this morning. The main point of their story was that despite the tea party protests across the country, obama's approval rating remains at 62 percent. BARF
Odd how Obama supposedly has 62% (fake) approval while Corzine’s is what 20 to 30% if he is lucky.
The 62% approval rate is when they sample 60% Democrats 25% Indep and 15% Repubs.
