Czars are not open government ... they are closed controlling government. Just like the old Soviet Union system (Lenin and Stalin).
Government planned economy, where the gov’t government controls determine business ownership, profits and resource allocations. Oh, least I forget ... salaries too.
Lets not forget the Soviet leadership by example in programs and purges. That will be seen too also.
Oh and universal health care and dachas for out bureaucrats too.

Who, BTW, are ONLY accountable to Zero. NOT Congress (or the people).
We have more Czars than did Czar Nicholas, and you know what happened to him and his family when Obama’s earliest mentors got hold of them.
However, due to a mistranslation, the correct word for Obama’s little Chekists is “Kommissars.”
