Since it doesn't appear that ICE is tracking these thieving aliens down, it's a nice shake down by the gov. for very little effort which they can they repeat as necessary when the thieving aliens find work elsewhere,

Not that it will happen, but these people will really be in a world of hurt if the company’s medical insurance provider(s) decided that the claims they’d made using fake ID were fraudulent, therefore they are liable for payments made on their behalf.
