Also, if the jihadis declared open warfare, shouldn't the recruiters start arming themselves? There are some reports that they already have. You can conceal a lot under the ACU coat, which is worn untucked. :) But if the wear is officially authorized, then shoulder holsters, hip holsters or drop leg holster are all possibilities.

Ok....so is he a prisoner of war? Wouldn't this make him either a spy, a non-uniformed combatant, or a traitor, and possibly subject to summary judgement and execution?
