I wonder if Government Run Media has made as big a deal of this as they did with Arlen Spector going back to being a Rat.
The Dems cut the power and Internet to try to stop the coup. LOL!
Somebody must be seeing polling numbers on how Paterson and Obama are dragging the Dems down in NY.
They are seeing Corzine’s numbers across the river in Jersey and they “ain’t” pretty. NJ is so Dem they break open crypts and elect mummies like Lautenberg.
The sad part is the GOP in NY is no big prize.
Thanks for posting!
Senator Liboud looks to be an attack dog - a real prick - I like him! Run that man state wide!!!
How about a little background for non-yankees??
The clips are compelling in that something big is going down... what was it?

Two state senators Pedro Espada Jr. of the Bronx and Hiram Monserrate of Queens moved to defect to the Republican side, which would end Democratic control of the chamber.
Updated, 6:20 p.m. | ALBANY Republicans apparently seized control of the New York State Senate on Monday, in a stunning and sudden reversal of fortunes for the Democratic Party, which controlled the chamber for barely five months.
A raucous leadership fight erupted on the floor of the Senate around 3 p.m., with two Democrats, Pedro Espada Jr. of the Bronx and Hiram Monserrate of Queens, joining the 30 Senate Republicans in a motion that would displace Democrats as the party in control.
It was a noisy and acrimonious scene on the floor of the Senate as Senator Thomas W. Libous, a Republican from Binghamton and the partys deputy leader, shouted for a roll-call vote, while Democrats attempted to stall the vote by asking to adjourn the session.
All 30 Republicans stood with their hands raised, signaling a vote for a change in leadership. Mr. Espada and Mr. Monserrate joined them, each raising his hand. Republicans won the vote by a 32-to-30 margin. The Senate will now be governed under a new joint leadership structure, with Mr. Espada serving as the president pro tempore, and Senator Dean G. Skelos, of Long Island, as the new majority leader.
It was incredible and exhilarating...I hope it goes viral!
Yeah, and the Parliamentarian keeps getting a phone call from the Banker. What,... is this “Deal or No Deal?”
^
Classic Coup!!!
He tells the former State President to “Step away from the chair.”
Ping!
Toilette. I once scored some in France.
What led up to this?
I feel so proud of these heroes, taking back the country one step at a time from the self-appointed criminal elite.
Sounds exciting...but...aren’t these the same Republicans that have been in charge for 40 years? The record doesn’t seem stellar (It’s NY!), but I’m clear across the country and don’t know a lot about NY local politics.
This was one of the most AMAZING acts of courage I have seen in YEARS here! GOD BLESS THOSE who have guts to stand up and do what is right!!!!
