Please Remember May 31, 2009 is the last day for pre-registration advance confirmation of your attendance at our DC Tea Party Convention.
Right now, I have close to 400 people who plan on attending BUT in order to reserve our place at a conference venue, we need to have an accurate measure of those who will be joining us.
PLEASE FREEMAIL BRYTANI If you will be attending and how many rooms you would need and the number in your party.
THIS IS NOT A CUT OFF ON CONVENTION ATTENDANCE. This is so we can receive an accurate quote from the hotel and reserve a block of rooms sufficient to meet our needs.
Thank you to everyone whose already contacted me, just click on my name and shoot me off a FreepMail if you plan on attending our event.
Our family of 6 plans to be in attendance. But we are fairly local so will not need rooms.
How many do you have so far? Just curious. I hope it is a great turn out!
I know I’ve missed some stuff here on the Freep, but please provide the details (date, time, location) so that people like me can give you some feedback. Thanks in advance.
I sent you a freepmail.
I want to go. I don’t know DC though. Where are some good hotels to book? I’d like to book a Marriott property if possible (have lots of points with them from business travel).

Darn it! I can’t make it but.... hey, everyone going... stay safe and have a great time. I hope there are thousands of you.
99 rooms are confirmed - 1 more.......come on Freepers!!!!!!
You’ll have mail in a few with info....you can always book in with the convention.
ONE MORE ROOM TO GO TO REACH OUR GOAL OF 100!
I promised the last three FReepers who Freapmail Brytani to be counted in the room count will get a jar of my famous Hot Pepper Jelly! Now there is only One more room to reach our goal of 100 to have a good number to negotiate the best hotel group rate!
Wonder who the FReeper will be who gets the last jar of Hot Pepper Jelly?
Hot Pepper Jelly is a jelly you eat on crackers with a little cream cheese. But I do have friends who love it on their bagels in the morning! They sell Hot Pepper Jelly in stores but I am told mine is the best! :)
Where and when please.
99 is great! Let’s make it at least 100 though!
BTT

When we first began planning our convention we had a goal to confirm 100 room by May 31.
As of five minutes ago this goal was met. Our 100th confirmed freeper is credo 2 (stand up and take a bow).
Please remember this does not mean we will not have room for you to attend the convention but we needed at least 100 rooms to book a block at a hotel to get the best rate.
FREEPERS ARE THE BEST!!

.
Thanks to SC Swamp Fox, Ricebug, and Credo 2! They will receive a jar of my Hot Pepper Jelly in DC. :)
Even though we reached our goal, I bet there will be more FReepers coming on board. I know they want to come, and just have to make their plans for this “NOT TO MISS” Freeper Convention! :)
We stayed at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast last time we were in DC, and there are many others if you want to go that route: http://www.bedandbreakfastdc.com/
