How many times per day do these people think traps should be checked? How much do they want to pay for removing unwanted animals if all traps have to be checked hourly or continuously?) It’s a shame this business is politically incorrect - they don’t deserve what is about to happen to them.
The only defense the sane have against the madness of Political Correctness is for the *victim* --in this case Critter Ridder-- to demand a jury trial, then have at least one person refuse to vote guilty on any charge.
Bog these misfits and the ideally just legal system they've usurped down so badly the misfits will have to look elsewhere to feed their curiously insane need to *punish*.

I say BS to the charge. I caught a squirrel a couple years ago somewhere between 7:00 a.m. and noon and it was dead in the trap when I checked it. FWIW, the trap was in the shade........
I suspect it died of a heart attack which is just as well since I didn't have to put it down myself.........
