It’s time to take the tea party movement directly to Washington, D.C. Please join thousands of local organizers and grassroots Americans from across the country as we gather in our nation’s capital to deliver a message to the politicians: Enough!
We’ve had enough of the out of control spending, the bailouts, the growth of big government and the soaring deficits. And we reject the future tax increases to pay for all of this spending and debt down the road. We are gathering on 9-12-2009 to deliver our message in person that we’ve had enough!
Truth be told, I’m not 100% excited about the date either. The more I think about it though, it makes perfect sense.
The current regime in D.C. has not only forgotten the lives lost on 9-11, they are NOT fulfilling the very responsibilities they have under our constitution. This Government would welcome another September 11. After all, they can’t let a good crisis go to waste.
I for one am not willing to let them forget the constitution or those who’ve died fighting our enemies.

He’s still not valid no matter how many birth certificates he produces. His father was a British Citizen, Obama also gained dual citizenship making him ineligible to meet the standards of Natural Born Citizen.
Already people are going over this document and seeing it’s a fake - but again, it does not matter.
They still cover it. They’ll spend the whole week on it.
Of course, there can be no mention of who hit us, or any footage of the airplanes crashing, or towers falling. But, they do show the panicking people running away, the dust-covered faces, and funerals of the victims of this “man-caused disaster” or whatever the Ministry of NewSpeak calls it these days.
It will be a carefully-scripted montage of pain and misery, designed to make the sheeple demand that Obama “do more” to ease the pain and then they will go back to demanding “justice” for the people unfairly detained by Bush and Cheney at Gitmo.
For the past 3 or 4 years, “9/11 Week” has made me sick at what my nation has become: a bunch of weak, American Idol-watching children with the attention spans of puppies.
They are having one JULY 4, INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!!!!!!
I beg to differ - that bunch never CARED about those lives lost. They put on a show about it because it would have been political suicide to show then their lack of caring. Now that memories grow cold, they are showing their true colors... and idiot American voters are too dumb (or indoctrinated from decades of public school) to know any better.

There are those who have valid concerns about heading into D.C. for the National Tax Rally on September 11-12. Do not let your concerns stop you from standing and defending our nation during a time of her greatest need.
I know ACORN will try to cause problems. ACORN will do everything possible to make us look bad. I also know it does not matter if we rally at our State Capitals or in D.C., the media will trash us as “fringe” elements of the right wing. I know the TOTUS will claim he didn't even know we were there.
I do also know this: A million Americans came together on April 15 in every state in our nation. I’ve yet to find a single credible report of a single arrest, at any Tea Party, anywhere in the US.
April 15 showed America how patriots protests. We do not break laws, we do not cause problems and we leave an area cleaner then it was when we arrived. I also know Freepers, we are quick to take to task anyone who acts in ways unbecoming to the conservative label and the Freeper name.
If ACORN acts up I have no doubts it will be handled in an appropriate manner. I also know Freepers will join with hundreds of thousands of Americans who will not be fooled by leftist tactics nor will they be drawn into them.
We are patriots. ACORN can not sway us, they can't move us, and they can not change our core beliefs. When we band together, ACORN and their ilk can not stand up to us.
I know thousands of people showing up at their state capital can be ignored or mocked by the media. Hundreds of thousands of peaceful marchers in D.C. can not be easily ignored.
I know if the media distorts our message or numbers, the truth will come out. A enterprising Freeper will show the media to be the biased fools they are, just as the CNN reporter was “outed” after her tirade of April 15.
Americans who are wondering what has happened to our country need to hear our side.
Those who care more about the latest American Idol winner then this country need to hear from us. They need to see that the conservative message does not come from off the wall right-wing nut-jobs (as the media likes to paint us).
We are a VERY large group of everyday Americans who fear for our country. We want it back from politicians who rule instead of serve and from those who are corrupt instead of lawful. We will not stand aside as failed liberal policies cause complete economic ruin while turning America into a third world country.
We are not going into D.C. to change the hearts and minds of our elected officials. For months, thousands of us have been writing, phoning, sending emails and going into the offices of our elected officials only to have our concerns mocked or ignored.
We are going to D.C. to change the hearts and minds of Americans.
We are going to D.C. to expose the corruption of our government and judiciary.
We are going to D.C. to make a large and vocal statement that we do not support Obama or his policies.
Most importantly, we go to D.C. to rescue our country from those who want to destroy her!
When we descend on D.C. with close to a million other patriots; when millions of people around the country rally with us; we will not be ignored.
I know, this is why we MUST go to D.C.

Dunno about the ‘off with their heads’ campaign, but a ‘throw the bums out’ campaign, along with a big pay cut sounds great! ... In fact, a 50% pay cut for the federalli, and a 50% downsizing of the federal government should be viewed as a performance objective that day. Anything less at that point cries out for a 50 State Sovereignty plan to be implemented by 50 governors! (note this is a non-partisan message)

Right - good point. However, you’d have to greatly manipulate your W-4 - most people don’t do that now - they’d have to be convinced.
Whew...that will take care of the largest contingent of Obama voters!
