As a native of So Cal and one who has personally witnessed the end of a once great State, I can say that California needs an enema.

Neighborhoods like the ones I grew up in that were once nice, middle of the road typical areas are now infested with gangs, drugs, graffiti and third world filth.

It's very sad to see what has happened to my home State
