He can't. A company that "improperly" dominates its market is not yet in trouble. Obama is here to protect us from successful capitalism.

Unfortunately another reason to sell stock in the larger co. (if they are still worth anything), they wouldn’t be soon. This man is nutz and it seems like every day he wakes up and says to himself, “what can I do to stick it to them today?”
