Hhhmmm... I have a study I'd like to do as well. It'll only cost $350k. A feasibility study for restoring old vehicles with newer technologies to reduce the environmental impact of automotive junkyards and the resource depletion of trying to produce new vehicles.
I have three or four models of vehicle in mind and have already started work on one of them.

Outrageous! This really angers me. I don't care if homos in Argentina mate with donkeys (like they do in America. LOL), I don't want my tax dollars going to pay for it.
